Kindly note that in all cases a contract on Judicial Stamp Paper is needed to be signed by both Parties. One month advance is paid before requisition is made to Ops Division. Marketing is only completed once above formalities are done. Then deployment officer carries out Deployment. In case cheque is not paid before 5th of every month, guards will be lifted in next 15 days since payment to guards on every 5-7th of the month is mandatory.
